The Fulfillment Specialist manages a key retail partnership end to end. You will coordinate routing, shipping, compliance, and production timelines across retail partners, strategic partners, logistics, sales, and customer service. The work centers on preventing delays, rejected shipments, and chargebacks through proactive ownership.
Key Responsibilities: Manage order processing, routing, shipping, and delivery
Resolve order issues before they create delays
Ensure shipments follow retailer requirements and routing guides
Coordinate co-packer production schedules and shipping timelines
Provide order visibility across internal teams
Requirements: Experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain
Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including formulas and pivot tables
Excellent communication with external partners
Strong organization during high-volume periods
Proactive ownership and problem-solving mindset
Apply operational precision, spreadsheet reporting, and partner communication to keep retail shipments compliant, timely, and visible.
