You will build operational understanding, leadership, and communication skills through mentorship, on-the-job training, e-learning, virtual sessions, and webinars. Learning spans inventory, logistics, maintenance, quality, procurement, compliance, and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Develop leadership and operational understanding through blended training
Learn inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics
Study facility maintenance, equipment, quality control, and audits

Develop understanding of health, food safety, and compliance
Requirements: Minimum two years operating a grain elevator

Knowledge of grading, equipment, processes, and product storage
