The Service Leader maintains safe, high-quality food preparation and service at Chipotle restaurants. This position trains front-of-house Crew, supports positive customer experiences, and keeps the line clean, organized, and operational. Responsibilities also include food safety monitoring, shift coordination, cash handling, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure outstanding-tasting, high-quality food is served
- Monitor hand washing, glove changes, times, and temperatures
- Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents
- Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew
- Monitor breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules

Requirements:

- Restaurant experience and a high school diploma
- Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- At least four open-availability days weekly, including two weekend days
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours weekly
