The Career Foundation seeks an Intake Specialist for its Integrated Employment Services Centre. You will assess employment history, transferable skills, career interests, and barriers. The position develops Employment Action Plans, connects clients with services, and supports successful employment outcomes through compliant documentation and service navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments under the IES model
- Develop individualized Employment Action Plans for clients
- Provide referrals, community program information, and career pathways




- Deliver off-site intake services at community partner locations
- Document assessments and service plans in case management systems

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
- At least two years of directly transferable experience
- Robust analytical, counselling, and relationship-building skills
- Experience meeting targets in results-driven environments
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 proficiency
