Primary Care Alberta is seeking an Administrative Support IV for the Health Link center in Calgary. The role provides administrative, technical and operational support, maintains data in InformAlberta, Genesys Pure Cloud, SharePoint Online and Connect Care, and assists with database enhancements, flowcharts and user acceptance testing.

You will also deliver day-to-day technical support for front-line Health Link staff, including troubleshooting and documentation.
