This full time Project Manager oversees Goodwill’s construction process from planning through opening. The work includes retail development, design coordination, bidding, permitting, construction monitoring, and stakeholder communication. You will manage commercial, light industrial, and logistics projects with varying scopes and sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop budgets and scopes for new stores and renovations
- Manage schedules, bids, consultants, contractors, and project risks
- Prepare feasibility studies, layouts, plans, and status updates
- Oversee permitting, construction, materials, equipment, and quality




- Coordinate Finance, Legal, jurisdictions, and internal departments

Requirements:

- Full-cycle retail store project management experience
- Ability to deliver results within tight timelines and budgets
- Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders
- Degree or diploma in architecture, construction, planning, or project management
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and project programs
