Protect guests, colleagues, and hotel premises as a Security Officer at The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver in downtown Vancouver. Use emergency response and reporting skills daily.

Reporting to the Director of Security, you will work closely with Front Office colleagues at this award-winning hotel. The position supports guest safety through patrols, investigations, emergency response, First Aid, C.P.R., and accurate records. Solid communication and calm problem solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safety and security across guests, colleagues, and premises
- Respond to fires, accidents, medical calls, and safety concerns
- Investigate and report policy violations, complaints, and criminal activity
- Conduct floor patrols, cash counts,



and crowd control
- Maintain key control records and Daily Shift Reports

Requirements:

- Two years of previous security experience required
- Basic Security Training certification required
- Occupational First Aid Level One or Two required
- Microsoft Windows applications computer literacy required
- Professional presentation and strong report writing skills
