Key Responsibilities: Promote and educate clients on insurance products
Take ownership of client relationships and retention
Uncover client challenges and identify insurance needs
Provide recommendations using basic underwriting knowledge
Support Westland’s presence in the local community
Requirements: Insurance broker level 1 license or CAIB/CIP progress
Six months or more of industry experience is beneficial
Track record of achieving sales targets
Solid time management, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to build authentic client relationships
