As a Senior Associate, Program Management, you will coordinate engineering, procurement, and site activities through design, testing, and implementation. You will monitor costs, schedules, forecasts, and baseline changes while supporting multiple naval programs. French and English communication is required.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate engineering, procurement, and site activities across project phases
Track cost and schedule variances against established baselines
Guide change requests through program review and implementation
Review expenditure, cash collection, and EAC forecasts




Prepare monthly reports and status reviews for management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commerce, or business administration
Two to four years of project management experience
Practical knowledge of project management principles and practices
Solid French and English written and verbal communication
Eligibility for Controlled Goods and required security clearances
