Lead manufacturing execution at IEM as an Operations Supervisor in Surrey, working fully on-site Thursday through Sunday. Apply takt time and people leadership daily.
This full-time supervisor oversees a defined value stream and reports to the Operations Manager. You will manage Team Leads and Operators while coordinating with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance. The work centers on safe production, schedule performance, quality output, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily production activities against safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators
Track output, defects, rework, attendance, and downtime metrics
Coordinate work center readiness with supporting departments




Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Requirements: Degree or five additional years of relevant leadership experience
Three or more manufacturing years, including leadership experience
Experience with takt time, standard work, and tier meetings
Proficiency using ERP systems, Excel, and production dashboards
Solid communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills
Bring manufacturing leadership, KPI management, and continuous improvement skills to IEM’s Surrey production operations on this weekend schedule.
