The Wood Automotive Group seeks a Service Team Leader for Advantage Ford. You will support Service Advisors, maintain team synergy, and help exceed targets. The position requires service department knowledge, customer survey process understanding, multitasking, training, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Support Service Advisors with daily activities
Resolve client concerns at the front line
Coach advisors on processes and adherence
Review workflow and recommend changes
Explain repairs to customers and advisors
Requirements: Minimum three years of service advising experience
Proven sales success track record
Leadership and training experience is an asset
Driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
Automotive industry experience with advisor KPI success
