Reporting to the Vice-President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary, you will advise departments and business partners. Your work will cover commercial agreements, financing, acquisitions, and real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
Advise business development on acquisition transactions
Participate in real estate sales and leasing transactions
Prepare legal opinions for company matters
Collaborate with departments on projects and legal issues
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law
Member in good standing of Barreau du Québec or Chambre des notaires du Québec
At least five years of business law experience
Strong drafting skills and excellent French
Valuable written and spoken English
Use business law, contract drafting, and advisory skills to support company departments and partners across Quebec.
