Represent PBS Systems with dealership customers through engaging presentations, product expertise, and professional relationships. This full-time, permanent position is based at the Calgary headquarters.
The Customer Engagement Team Lead supports the Manager of Product Marketing while coordinating daily assignments and long-term team goals. You will share PBS products and capabilities, encourage adoption, create community among customers, and clarify how software addresses dealership needs. The work connects customer engagement with marketing, sales, development, implementation, and deployment planning.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively host customer engagement sessions
Create conference and workshop content and presentations




Share PBS products to increase customer adoption
Orchestrate community among PBS customers
Convey PBS culture through presentations and relationships
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency required
Excellent customer service skills required
Dealership experience is an asset
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
Use customer engagement, dealership knowledge, communication, and presentation skills to strengthen PBS Systems customer experiences.
