As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will oversee recruitment workflows, systems, and daily delivery while supporting an experienced team. You will optimize ATS functionality, monitor recruitment KPIs, develop training resources, and advise business leaders. The role combines operational leadership with strategic recruitment execution.

Requirements: 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
Leadership and operational oversight in complex organizations
Experience optimizing recruitment processes, workflows, and technology
Experience developing recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills
