Shape Diagnostic Imaging operations at William Osler Health System through team leadership, quality management, and effective staffing decisions.
The DI Modality Supervisor supports managers while leading staff development and modality operations. Key work includes productivity, human resource management, workload planning, and resolving operational issues. The supervisor also builds relationships across Diagnostic Imaging and with clinical partners throughout the hospital system.
Key Responsibilities: Manage workload distribution to support protected, efficient departmental operations
Make staffing decisions based on volumes, budgets, and departmental goals
Establish expectations and address performance concerns with managers
Contribute to policies, procedures, protocols, and performance standards




Build relationships with professionals, vendors, managers, and patients
Requirements: Minimum five years of recent medical imaging experience
Previous leadership experience with coaching and mentoring ability
Recognized MRI program completion required
College registration with Ontario medical radiation and imaging technologists
Strong organization, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Bring diagnostic imaging leadership, workforce planning, staff coaching, and operational judgment to a supervisor role at William Osler Health System.
