The Payroll Associate supports The Boyd Group’s payroll team by processing timely employee payments. This position maintains payroll data, sets up employees, and supports compliance with wage and tax laws. Customer service and regulatory awareness are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain employees in the payroll system
Process full cycle payroll on weekly schedules
Collect, calculate, and enter payroll data accurately
Answer employee questions about pay promptly and efficiently
Monitor legislation and recommend compliant payroll solutions
Requirements: Three to four years processing full cycle payroll
PCP Certification preferred for this payroll position
ADP Workforce or Vantage HCM experience is an asset
Robust technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
Excel proficiency and flexibility to work required hours
