As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will deliver patient-oriented care under provincial standards and organizational policies. You will complete assessments, coordinate care plans, administer treatments, and communicate changes with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary partners.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care and administer medications and treatments
Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and accurate documentation
Evaluate care effectiveness and communicate required changes

Requirements: Current Ontario registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Solid clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and computer proficiency
Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within six months
