This Office Manager role supports daily operations, employee experience, and administrative duties for Diligent’s office site. You will manage workspace allocation, vendors, access control, supplies, events, and building communications. The position also supervises reception staff and supports executive leadership with catering, diary management, travel, and general office needs.
Key Responsibilities: Manage office space and coordinate workspace allocation with recruitment and IT
Support engagement initiatives with local culture club and Site Lead
Supervise reception staff and provide performance support
Manage security, access control, mail, supplies,



and office expenses
Coordinate vendors, maintenance, events, catering, and emergency procedures
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Two to four years in customer-facing or office management roles
Office management and receptionist supervision experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Hospitality and customer service experience highly preferred
Support Diligent’s workplace through organized office management, employee service, vendor coordination, and robust administrative judgment.
