Key Responsibilities: Model selling behaviors and coach customer engagement
Oversee inventory, merchandising, promotions, and signage
Supervise backroom organization and freight flow
Support associate training, development, and coaching
Complete weekly cash office administration and reporting
Requirements: Three or more years of retail customer service experience
One to two years of supervisory experience
Accountability for sales and service targets
Robust prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills
Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
