Lifemark Health Group seeks a Registered Social Worker MSW, Clinical Specialist, or Registered Counselling Therapist. You will address mental health and psychosocial barriers affecting health, family engagement, and community functioning. The work includes client-centered care, group psychoeducation, and interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities: Provide goal-focused psychotherapy for primarily veteran clients
Complete social work assessments within clients’ social milieus
Deliver cognitive-behavioral, client-centered interventions




Provide group psychoeducational services
Communicate treatment progress and barriers to stakeholders
Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
Nova Scotia Clinical Specialist social work registration
Or autonomous counselling therapist registration in good standing
Preferred two-plus years’ psychotherapy or intervention experience
Clear reporting, interpersonal skills, autonomy, and integrity
