You will manage acquisition budgets, analyze funnel performance, maintain tracking integrity, and negotiate affiliate partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers
Develop acquisition strategies across PPC and affiliate channels
Allocate budgets using CAC, ROAS, and LTV
Optimize bidding, targeting, creative, and campaign structures




Maintain tracking and attribution across GA4 and Mixpanel
Requirements: At least three years of performance marketing experience
One year each in PPC, affiliate, and team leadership
Experience managing substantial acquisition budgets
Solid knowledge of full-funnel performance metrics
Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms
