As a Theatre Manager, you will maintain seamless Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail operations. You will uphold Company policies, procedures, standards, inspections, and checklists. The position also includes Groups and Events, management development, budgeting, revenue growth, and business projects.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain seamless operations across all venue departments
Ensure standards, inspections, and checklists remain current
Execute Groups and Events within the venue
Recruit, train, coach,



and develop venue management
Manage budgets, revenue growth, and business projects
Requirements: Experience in a similar environment
Ability to lead teams during high-volume periods
Solid conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Schedule flexibility for extended hours as required
