As a Financial Processing Administrator, you will support diverse mutual fund and segregated fund operations. The work includes transaction input, reconciliations, quality control, and client communication. You will also contribute to process improvements and maintain technical expertise in applications and macros.
Key Responsibilities: Pre-screen, prepare, and input financial transactions
Monitor workflow items within Service Level Agreements
Reconcile and settle daily trades
Apply quality controls and audit transactions
Resolve issues with departments and external clients
Requirements: Experience in Shareholder Services or mutual fund administration
Knowledge of mutual fund and segregated fund operations
Understanding of taxation, compliance, and registered products
Robust customer service and communication skills
Technical and analytical skills with MS Office
