Deliver tailored financial service at CIBC’s S.Edmonton Banking Centre using client engagement and relationship-building skills. This temporary role is full-time and on-site.
As a Financial Services Representative II, you’ll support Personal and Business Banking clients in a Banking Centre. You’ll understand personal and business priorities, provide financial planning guidance, and recommend suitable products and solutions. Your work will draw on cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection knowledge while supporting mobile banking adoption.
Key Responsibilities: Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
Advise clients on solutions and forward-looking financial plans
Recommend financial products supporting clients’ goals




Build networks through marketing and outreach activities
Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements: Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in positive standing
At least one year working with clients
Experience achieving sales results
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
Critical thinking, goal orientation, and strong relationship skills
Bring client service, financial products knowledge, and digital literacy to CIBC’s Edmonton Banking Centre team.
