As a Capital Deployment Intern, you will support Prologis’ Toronto Capital Deployment team during a 10–12-week summer internship. Your work will include property and vacancy data, competitive market research, development pipeline tracking, and financial modelling. You will collaborate with the Director of Investments and Director of Entitlements on a term project used by the broader Deployment Team. The program also provides opportunities to interact with company leaders, attend seminars and Q&A; sessions, and participate in local market tours.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the internal property database, BUD




Use Salesforce to manage the Deployment Team pipeline
Research competing properties and summarize competitive advantages
Build Google Earth maps tracking speculative deliveries
Support underwriting for acquisitions and build-to-suit opportunities
Requirements: Current undergraduate or graduate program enrollment
Microsoft Office experience
Clear verbal and written communication
Attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
Team collaboration and willingness to learn
Apply market intelligence, Salesforce, mapping, and underwriting skills to support Prologis capital deployment in Toronto.
