Promote digital tools and applications for self-service transactions
Refer specialized needs and fraud concerns to appropriate colleagues
Follow compliance, security, and risk management rules
Requirements: High school diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Effective communication and customer focus
