Use HPLC and analytical testing skills as a Laboratory Technician at Decibel Cannabis, working Monday to Friday on the day shift. Support quality control activities across cannabis products, samples, and laboratory equipment.

This full-time, permanent Laboratory Technician position supports Decibel’s QC Lab and its focus on cannabis product quality. You will conduct HPLC potency analysis, moisture analysis, and other quality control testing. The work includes data analysis, documentation, equipment maintenance, and laboratory technology development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct HPLC testing, sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis
- Prepare technical reports and Certificates of Analysis
- Perform moisture, viscosity, density, and particle size testing




- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Maintain SOPs, logbooks, analytical records, and inventory

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Technology Diploma
- One to two years of analytical laboratory experience
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word and Excel
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and processes
