This Commercial Risk Associate role supports Aon’s 10-month Launch Development Program for soon-to-be and recent graduates. You will learn insurance concepts, risk mitigation, account workflows and client communication while supporting Account Managers, Brokers and internal teams. The program develops commercial awareness, organization and advisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess client exposures using data, analytics and risk information
- Support program recommendations, coverage solutions and client-ready insights
- Coordinate renewals, client requests, contract reviews and policy documentation




- Track open items and maintain timely information flow
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and follow-up activities

Requirements:

- Soon-to-be graduate or recent graduate
- Interest in business, risk, insurance or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
