As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support teams across Canada, Spain, and Latin America. Manage recruitment workflows, employee records, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR systems. Conduct structured screenings and help evaluate talent at every organizational level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct competency pre-screens using established rubrics and scorecards
- Manage North American recruitment pipelines through offer issuance
- Facilitate onboarding orientations, system setups, and introductions

Requirements:

- Two to four years of progressive HR experience
