Recovery Alberta seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for its 32-bed Complex Mental Health Rehabilitation Program. You will support clients living with addiction and mental health needs through patient family centered care, recovery, trauma-informed, and psychosocial models. The role works with multidisciplinary professionals, AgeCare, peace officers, and partnering agency staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients in rehabilitation and recovery journeys
- Facilitate groups and attend case conferences
- Suggest and implement treatment plans and interventions
- Support psychiatry, medical, and other client appointments




- Provide, supervise, or observe oral and injectable medications

Requirements:

- Accredited practical nurse education program completion
- Active or eligible Alberta practical nurse registration and permit
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Working knowledge of Mental Health Act legislation
- Knowledge of psychotropic medications, side effects, and administration
