Lead Vessi store shifts with customer-first selling, team coaching, and daily retail operations in a full-time store leadership position.

As Store Team Lead, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager across operations, performance, and people development. You will manage openings and closings, shipments, inventory, visual merchandising, customer escalations, and health and safety. The role also includes coaching Sales Associates, tracking KPIs, and adjusting staffing to customer traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as floor manager during assigned shifts
- Assign breaks and zones around customer traffic
- Coach Sales Associates on selling and service
- Monitor conversion, average order value, and sales per hour
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed

Requirements:

- One or more years of leadership experience
- Apparel, footwear retail, or hospitality experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
