e4c is seeking a Wellness Manager in Edmonton, AB. You will build authentic connections with residents in a supportive housing setting, mentor Wellness Coaches, and lead the development of wellness strategies that support mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

You will collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure programming meets resident needs and funder requirements while developing a strong, recovery-oriented workplace and a cohesive team.
