ParaMed seeks a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse for community visits in Kenora, Keewatin, and Sioux Narrows. You will care for patients of all ages and differing complexity while supporting comfort at home. The work includes autonomy, independent practice, and collaboration with fellow nurses and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete scheduled community visits within your scope of practice
- Provide ethical and safe nursing care
- Assess individual patient needs using appropriate techniques
- Execute, monitor, and adjust care plans
- Maintain professional patient records and encounter plans

Requirements:

- Current CNO registration as an RN or RPN
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel between patient residences
- Reliability, flexibility, and vulnerable population experience
- Required on-call coverage, including after hours
