At United Rentals’ Trench Safety branch, you will consult with customers about underground equipment rental and supply needs. You will quote, sell, and fulfill orders while supporting branch growth. The work combines account development, equipment education, delivery coordination, and customer communication. Multitasking, teamwork, attention to detail, and safety awareness are central to serving customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
Establish rental and sales accounts with customers
Generate leads and communicate them with Outside Sales Representatives




Educate customers about proper equipment use
Dispatch delivery trucks and manage delivery expectations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Knowledge of trench safety products and applications preferred
Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
Robust multitasking, teamwork, and communication abilities
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
