This Registered Nurse assesses patients, develops nursing diagnoses, and delivers care aligned with BCCNM standards and person-centered practice. Responsibilities include ankle-brachial indexes, toe-brachial indexes, thoracic outlet testing, Doppler, plethysmography, and Transcutaneous Oxygen Measurement. The role also supports care planning, referrals, discharge preparation, and patient teaching.
Key Responsibilities: Receive patients and review histories before diagnostic testing
Perform ankle-brachial, toe-brachial, and thoracic outlet testing
Operate Doppler, plethysmography, and transcutaneous oxygen equipment
Assess results,



document findings, and submit physician summaries
Monitor patient comfort and explain testing procedures
Requirements: Approved School of Nursing graduation
Current practicing Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
Fraser Health Regional ABI course qualification for ABI procedures
Ability to integrate data and support nursing decisions
Physical ability to perform position duties
