Analyze healthcare data in Peterborough as a Program Support Partner, using case costing, financial analysis, and data quality skills. This is full time and temporary.
Reporting to the Director of Data Operations, you will support PRHC’s case costing, benchmarking, and reporting activities. The work includes data preparation, analysis, quality assurance, and stakeholder collaboration. You will help maintain clinical, financial, and departmental information while supporting Ministry reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare files for case costing submissions and resolve data quality issues
Validate and submit Ministry and external reports
Develop performance summaries and benchmarking outputs
Improve data collection, flow, quality,



and submission processes
Partner with departments to strengthen reporting practices
Requirements: Two years of related healthcare experience
Business or health sciences degree, or equivalent combination
Working knowledge of MIS/OHRS Guidelines
Knowledge of Ontario Case Costing Standards
Advanced financial and statistical analytical skills
Support Peterborough Regional Health Centre through accurate case costing, healthcare reporting, benchmarking, and analytical problem-solving.
