This Visit Nurse opportunity welcomes Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses supporting people at home and in community settings. Your clinical practice may include palliative care, paediatric care, wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, and medication administration. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams while receiving accessible mentorship and support.

Guide decisions through person and family centered care




Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care
Help clients and families access other resources
Requirements: Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Reliable insured vehicle available for community visits
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Availability three to five days weekly and every third weekend
Use clinical judgment, cooperative practice, and community nursing skills to support safe, independent living through CBI Home Health.
