Teach advanced skiing and snowboarding at Whistler Blackcomb as a Level 3 instructor, delivering safe, high-quality lessons to guests.
This winter seasonal position is full time, with 30 to 40 hours weekly. You will instruct groups and individuals, develop advanced skiers and riders, and provide world-class guest service. The role is based in Whistler, British Columbia, from approximately November 25, 2026, through April 10, 2027.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise children, adults, and families throughout mountain activities
Lead guests into diverse advanced terrain
Develop advanced skiers and riders toward next-level goals
Support season-long programs and athlete development
Follow safety guidelines and attend mandatory training
Requirements: Minimum Level 3 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS, or foreign equivalent
Experience teaching advanced lessons for one to two years
Experience working with children and families
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
Satisfactory criminal record check certificate required
Bring advanced instruction, guest service, and safety expertise to Vail Resorts’ Snow School in Whistler.
