You will process orders, prepare quotations, bids, and letters, and support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and administrative activities. The role also contributes to sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and services to customers
Partner with Outside Sales to grow existing customers
Create recent customers through coordinated sales efforts
Educate customers on product and service features




Process orders and prepare quotations, bids, and letters
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one-plus years in wholesale distribution
Consultative approach supporting product recommendations
Organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Bring technical support, customer satisfaction, and consultative sales skills to ICONIX Waterworks and its customer-focused branch operations.
