As Duty Manager, you will support day-to-day club operations and colleagues while maintaining JD Gyms standards. You will contribute to membership, revenue, commercial objectives, and secondary revenue opportunities. The position requires operational delivery, people leadership, and customer-focused experience within leisure or fitness.
Key Responsibilities: Run daily club operations, including required opening and closing duties
Conduct safety checks and chase defects affecting building and equipment
Maintain cleanliness, brand standards, and professional team presentation
Deliver positive, skilled interactions with gym members




Support membership growth and commercial objectives
Requirements: Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification or higher
Experience supporting colleagues in leisure, fitness, hospitality, or customer-focused environments
Strong commitment to excellent member service
Ability to support, coach, and develop colleagues
Experience contributing to membership growth and local marketing initiatives
