The position combines education, customer service, and technical savvy while supporting ONE Insurance’s customer-focused branch team.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome branch customers with an exceptional service experience
Process Auto Insurance transactions immediately and professionally
Use Prospector Program to generate leads with every transaction




Offer optimum Autopac coverage options and auto extensions
Support Personal Lines processing and other required duties
Requirements: Minimum one year insurance or comparable customer service experience preferred
Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification considered assets
Applied EPIC familiarity considered an asset
Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Valid driver’s license and transparent criminal record check required
