You will document current and future-state processes, define best-practice requirements, and coordinate business and IT stakeholders. The work spans systems integration, implementation, testing, and readiness activities across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute data requirements and mapping for migration

- Support QA, testing, readiness, and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

- 10+ years of skilled Information Technology experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Full lifecycle experience on large-scale ERP or EAM initiatives
- 3+ years with Oracle Fusion or IBM Maximo SaaS
- Strong communication, data analysis, and database query skills
