As RFP Manager, you will oversee proposals, bids, quotations, and response documents for government, public sector, and commercial prospects. The work spans requirements analysis, strategy development, risk mitigation, and proposal creation. You will coordinate sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, product, partner, and technical teams while managing deadlines and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver competitive proposals for Geotab prospects and customers
- Manage requirements analysis, strategy, risks, and proposal development
- Coordinate resources supporting large-scale partner opportunities




- Maintain the RFP response database and information library
- Transform technical information into concise written material

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Six or more years managing or coordinating RFP responses
- Experience supporting sales organizations and managing information libraries
- Experience responding to SaaS proposals in technical organizations
- Salesforce and Google Suite business experience required
