Coordinate software implementations for Modular Solutions using Agile delivery, AI tools, and structured project management in a fully remote environment.

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will support the Project & Implementation Director across client initiatives. The work includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing milestones, preparing documentation, and supporting communication with stakeholders. Modular Solutions serves insurers, mutuals, MGAs, and brokers through an integrated platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage assigned client implementation projects
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, timelines, and assigned tasks
- Prepare status reports from relevant project information
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items,



and communication plans
- Support data conversion, integrations, training, and client transitions

Requirements:

- Three to five years managing IT or software implementations
- Project Management Qualified certification
- Agile delivery experience with sprint planning and backlog management
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for project delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Miro, Claude, and ADO
