As General Manager, you will oversee remote hospitality and support services while driving financial performance. Responsibilities may span food services, housekeeping, facilities, accommodations, retail, transportation, and other support services. You will build high-performing teams and maintain safety, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide operational oversight for remote lodge contracted services
- Manage client and community relationships at assigned locations
- Lead management teams and staff toward organizational objectives




- Manage budgets and improve financial performance with Finance
- Maintain regulatory, safety, and Aramark standards compliance

Requirements:

- Meaningful service industry, contract services, or hospitality experience
- Proven ability to lead through other managers
- Experience managing department budgets and financial controls
- Effective communication with clients and senior management
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, facilities, food service, or business preferred
