Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Business System Analysts with strong Payments Domain expertise to support Enterprise Payments Technology initiatives for a leading banking client.

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
- Strong experience in Payments Technology

Hands-on Knowledge Of

- Wire Payments
- ACH/EFT
- Real-Time Payments (RTP)
- SWIFT
- ISO 20022
- Cross-border and domestic payment processing

Experience Gathering And Documenting Business And System Requirements

- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory

Responsibilities

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with Product Owners, Development teams, and Business stakeholders
- Support payment system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives
- Participate in testing, UAT, and production implementation activities
