As Vice President on the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance team, you will support credit-related financings across global capital markets. The work includes LBOs, corporate M&A;, project financings, and general corporate purposes. You will collaborate with investment banking colleagues across Canada, the United States, and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis and due diligence for credit financing transactions
- Own syndicated loan financing execution through the market
- Interpret credit market themes for clients and deal teams
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior team members
- Prepare pitches, lender presentations, and market research
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of relevant financial services experience
- Direct syndications experience leading transactions through the market
- Quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- University degree in business, economics, STEM, or related discipline
