Build production software across React, React Native, and Node.js in QFG’s hybrid setting, with at least three office days weekly. Design, test, and deploy features across the full lifecycle while supporting reliable delivery.

As a Software Engineer, you will work with limited supervision across front-end, back-end, or both development tracks. Translate product requirements into technical designs, write readable and secure code, and contribute to testing, reviews, and deployments. The role also includes production support and technical debt reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, test, and deploy full-lifecycle software features
- Translate product requirements into technical designs and identify dependencies
- Write production-grade code for performance, security, and observability




- Review code and mentor junior developers through pairing
- Resolve production issues and address technical debt

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical technical experience
- Two-plus years building and supporting production software
- Proficiency with React Native, ReactJS, Node.js, or TypeScript
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and query tuning
- Cloud platform and containerized workload experience
