University of Toronto Scarborough invites applications for a full time tenure-stream Assistant Professor in Food Studies, starting July 1, 2027. The successful candidate will lead interdisciplinary research related to food, environment, and sustainability, and establish a competitive research program within the Culinaria Research Centre.

The appointment requires a PhD in Food Studies or related field, evidence of research excellence, and a strong teaching dossier.
