At HUB, this full-time role manages an active book of business and handles new inquiries, renewals, and policy changes. You will advise clients on habitational, automobile, and travel insurance while explaining coverage clearly. Accuracy, organization, and confident communication are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on personal lines coverage and solutions
- Quote, bind, and process policies and endorsements accurately
- Conduct renewals and review changing client needs
- Identify coverage gaps and bundling opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in the broker management system

Requirements:

- Active Level 1 General Insurance License or willingness to obtain
- One to two-plus years in personal lines preferred
- Strong knowledge of personal lines coverage fundamentals
- Attention to detail across multiple client files
- Clear communication and skilled handling of difficult conversations
